Book an Appointment

ZOOM Online sessions are available any time at Albany House – select Albany House in the Location box and select Zoom Online in the Personal Information form. For face to face appointments – select Albany House in the Location box and Albany House in the Personal Information form.

Friday has Zoom Online sessions only. To open Friday’s appointment times, select Friday ZOOM Online in the Location box and select Zoom Online in the Personal Information form.

Once you have chosen a location, to book an appointment, first select a day that shows white and it will reveal available appointment times. Select a time that shows white. If it is grey, it is not available. When you have selected a time, the Personal Information booking form will open for you to enter required booking information. Select Albany House or Zoom Online in Session Location field.

You will receive a confirmation by email or SMS. Please check your junk mail if you don’t receive a confirmation email.

* To cancel the booking, please use the booking link you receive by email or SMS.
* After you have cancelled the appointment, book another appointment here.
Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee – refer to the counsellor.
